• No Refunds on Services Rendered: Once a project has commenced, payments made toward our services—whether partial or full—are non-refundable, regardless of the stage of completion.
• No Refunds on Partial Payments: If a partial advance payment is made and work is started, the amount paid is non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the project is canceled, paused, or terminated by the client.
• No Returns or Exchanges: As we provide digital services and not physical goods, the concept of return or exchange is not applicable.

Project Delays Due to Client Inaction

To ensure timely delivery and efficiency, client cooperation is essential. Therefore:

If the client fails to provide the necessary assets, content, materials, or feedback within 45 days from the official project start date, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel the project at our sole discretion.
• Dispose of all work completed up to that point.
• Retain all amounts paid upfront as non-refundable, without any obligation to deliver partially completed work.
